Regional Account Manager DACH


As a leading digitization partner for Road and Railway Tunnels, we at SEE Telecom (https://www.seetelecom.com) have one mission: to enable and improve safe communications and operation in and around tunnels. Along the way, we are on the lookout for a talented individual for our team, an entrepreneur who can foster the existing business as well as grow new sales channels in the DACH Region.


Building on a solid business of RF Repeaters, and with the objective to remain competitive in the digital age, SEE Telecom is rolling out a Smart Tunnel Portfolio to enhance Tunnel Operations by implementing IoT Use Cases. The successful candidate will be expected to be the front of this initiative and develop new channels in the strategically important DACH Market.
 

Reporting to the Sales Director, we are looking for a Regional Account Manager DACH to join our team.

- Work with existing channel partners to grow exiting channel business in the DACH Region
- Generate Market Demand for he SEE Telecom Portfolio by evangelising the SEE Telecom portfolio with Road Authorities 

  (Public Sector) and Tunnel Operators (Private Companies)
- Acquire and onboard new channel partners and ensure successful new lead generation.
- Partner with internal team (e.g. pre-sales, development) to guarantee successful project delivery
- Organise Co-Creation workshops with customers to discover new use cases and application areas
- Lead customer / partner meetings (with Executive presence), including business reviews and continual improvement 

  assessments
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyse SEE Telecom product offering against competition, markets, and customer business needs, and communicate to 

  corporate strategy and solutions management


your profile
- You have university degree, Bachelor/Master (IT / Telecom related)
- You have experience in customer facing roles and projects
- You have experience with consultative selling
- You have good presentation skills
- Are highly organized with great time management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams across different channels   

  simultaneously
- You have experience with Public Infrastructure Markets (Tunnels, Roads,Railways) – ideally you are familiar with PMR / Tetra

  /BOS Networks
- You have a good understanding of Asset Management of Public Infrastructure (processes)
- You are a self-starter, highly self-motivated and driving solutions rather than dwelling on problems
- You are able to travel (DACH + Occasional Trips to Belgium) up to 50% of the time to visit customers
- German (Native) – English (C1 / C2) – French will be an advantage
